"I am Saving Bank holder at Sector 50 Noida. I took Forex Card and the concerned person name is Akansha Singhal. As advised by her, we produced all the documents for reloading the forex, but she cited change of rules. Despite sending again the desired documents, she did not reload the currency. She has not been picking up the phone. My daughter visited twice but no result. I am in abroad waiting for the funds. Third class service"
